Sleepwear can change the world. That’s the point-of-view of Pour Les Femmes, a luxe sleepwear line that donates proceeds to non-profits such as Action Kivu. The non-profit gives skills training and tools, such as sewing machines, to women in the conflict torn African nation of Congo. With Action Kivu’s training and tools, women in Congo can rise above poverty, according to a non-profit statement.
Pour Les Femmes co-founder Robin Wright, who has appeared in films such as Wonder Woman and Blade Runner 2049, made an appearance Nov. 11 at an area devoted to the brand in Nordstrom at Westfield Century City mall.
