Tarrant Moves Corporate HQ to Downtown L.A.
Tarrant Apparel Group and Seven Licensing Company LLC have relocated their corporate headquarters to the Los Angeles Financial District in downtown Los Angeles.
The company is occupying the 22nd through 25th floors of the 801 Tower, located at 801 S. Figueroa St.
Tarrant is a private-label manufacturer of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing. Its customers include or have included Dillard’s, Macy’s, Kohl’s, JCPenney and Sears. The company trades on the NASDAQ exchange. Seven Licensing manufactures Seven 7 Jeans as well as Re-Rock and Kitson L.A. and distributes SuperDry. Gerard Guez is chairman and chief executive officer of Tarrant Apparel Group as well as owner of Seven Licensing Co. LLC.
The companies relocated from 3151 E. Washington Blvd.
The new offices are closer to the companies’ showroom at Ninth and Los Angeles streets.
The 801 Tower is located two blocks from the Staples Center and L.A. Live! and features column-free floor plans, allowing for 12 corner offices per floor. The building also contains Andrew Leicester’s award-winning Zanja Madre Art Garden, featuring modern sculptures and a water garden. —Robert McAllister
