Aussie Store Opens Doors in LA to First U.S. Store
The Local.132 by General Pants Co. is just the latest of several foreign retailers discovering that Los Angeles is the place to be.
General Pants Co., a multi-line Australian retailer started more than 30 years ago in Sydney, opened its first U.S. store on Thursday, June 2 at 132 S. La Brea Ave. near the American Rag Cie store.
The place is huge and has lots of space for the various Aussie brands the store sells such as Ksubi, insight, One teaspoon, Zanerobe, Neuw, Rolla's, The People Vs, Arvust, Spencer Project, Standard, and Alice in the Eve.
General Pants also plans to use the 4,000-square-foot space for events. Check out the interior.
