After Agenda – RVCA Gets Artsy
Sure, RVCA is leading lifestyle brand, but its founder, PM Tenore, also intended RVCA to be a cultural force. After a two-year hiatus, the designer is going to flex a little arts muscle.
Tenore published arts periodicals such as ANPQ, which features in-depth interviews with artists and a lot of editorial real estate to display their work. After a two-year hiatus, ANPQ is back. Tenore recently published a giant issue of the arts mag.
After the first day of the Agenda trade show, there will be party for ANPQ and display of some of its artists from 6PM to 10PM July 8 at the Long Beach Museum of Art on 2300 East Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach. Just in case you can’t make it, ANPQ’s gallery show Pow! Wow! Long Beach Presents The Vitality and Verve Street Art Exhibit & Quarterly Launch – it will be at the Long Beach Museum of Art until Sept. 27.
