More than a week ago, a line of sneakerheads lined up to buy the Yeezy Boost 350 kicks at Shiekh Shoes’s Legacy Level store in downtown Los Angeles. It was a special debut of a footwear collaboration between Adidas and musician/provocateur Kanye West.
On Aug. 30, Shiekh hosted another brand event at its DTLA Legacy Level shop. The crew from the Crooks & Castles brand dropped by to raffle art crafted by brand founder Dennis Calvero.
Matt Fine, Shiekh’s president, promised more brand events at the Legacy Level shop, located at 745 Broadway in downtown Los Angeles.
“We’ll continue to use that space to connect people with brands they love. It was the whole point of opening that space,” Fine said.
