Refinery29's Asha Leo explores Seoul, South Korea's "Matchy Matchy" trend.

Refinery29 is slated to roll out the second season of its “Style Out There” video series, which profiles independent designers, subcultures and trends.

The first season is available at Refinery29’s YouTube and Facebook pages as well as on the main site.

There are six short videos profiling everything from a pair of “Hasidic Hipsters” designing fashionable, modest clothing in Brooklyn to a group of transgender “hijra” in India, as well as a video looking into the “Matchy Matchy” trend in Seoul, South Korea, where couples to coordinate their outfits, as well as a group of Dutch women who adopt the Japanese Lolita style.

Motorola underwrote the first season. According to an Ad Age story about the hiring of former Scripps Network Interactive SVP Amy Emmerich as Refinery29’s EVP of programming, the fashion site is close to signing another underwriter for the second season, which is expected to bow in late Spring/early Summer.
