Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th Expands in Northern California
Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th is on a major expansion spree.
Days after announcing it was opening its first Los Angeles County store at the Beverly Connection, it said it is opening a new retail outlet on Thursday at the Creekside Town Center in Roseville, Calif., 20 miles northwest of Sacramento.
The new Off 5th is taking over a 34,000-square-foot-space once occupied by a Bed Bath & Beyond.
This is the chain's second store in the area, with another one at Folsom Premium Outlets.
The retail chain's expansion has been brisk since Saks Fifth Avenue was acquired a few years ago by the Hudson's Bay Company, a Canadian chain of department stores.
