Christian Azzinaro Debut
Christian Azzinaro has logged 10-years in L.A. fashion with repping his lines The Odds and Mint Currency, along with being a design consultant. His next project? His self-named line Christian Azzinaro. The first collection of the Christian Azzinaro line will be called Luna, and it is inspired by science fiction and men’s ready-to-wear.
One piece is called Battery Pack. It’s a crew neck sweater with a 8x10 envelope inspired pocket on the back.The pocket is covered with an iridescent leather, and yes, Azzinaro intends for you to put your iPad in the Battery Pack’s pocket.
Another look is a silk ensemble, that puts together a silk bomber jacket, silk trousers with a fit between chinos and jogger pants, and, of course a silk T-shirt. Azzinaro had multi-hour plane trips in mind when he designed the ensemble, he wanted it to keep the wearer comfortable, even when you are not flying business class.
