Let’s call Volcom a movie studio too.
The Orange County company makes clothes for all board sports activities as well as general fashion, and March 1, it held a premiere at its Costa Mesa headquarters for its feature-length film “True To This.” The film covers the history of Volcom as well as the surfing, skating, snowboarding and general mayhem that went along with the company.
After taking a bow in Orange County, the Silicon Valley of surf and skatewear clothing, True To This will take a tour of the world and screen at 70 world cities including Bangkok, Helsinki, Tokyo, Beijing, São Paulo, Dubai, Manila, Haifa, Israel, and various locations around the U.S. For more
