Four-year-old “Mayhem” Keiser designs copies of some very high-profile dresses in paper and her mother Angie (who wields the scissors) photographs them and posts them to Mayhem’s Instagram account.
The Cincinnati toddler apparently finds inspiration for her creations by watching award shows like the Golden Globes and the Grammys, as well as reality shows like “Project Runway.”
