Uniqlo: 1,000 Ways To Thank L.A.
After opening a bunch of emporiums in Southern California, Uniqlo planned to give away some holiday freebies around Dec. 13. A lot of the giveaways are wrapped up in the nice, round number of 1,000. Ummm, what’s so special about 1,000? I like 1 million, as in dollars, or the 1982 R.E.M. song. “1,000,000.”
But I digress. Here’s some of the fun stuff that Uniqlo is giving out Dec. 13; 1,000 rides at Pacific Wheel at Santa Monica Pier, 1,000 tickets to LA Zoo (there's a recommendation to arrive at zoo before 9AM on Saturday) 1,000 burgers at Short Order. Here's a link to Uniqlo's freebie page.
