ecVision and Tüv Süd Team Up for Product Testing Data Integration
Iselin, N.J.–based supply-chain collaboration solutions provider ecVision has partnered with product-testing company Tüv Süd to create a cloud-based supply-chain collaboration platform that will allow users to request and receive product-testing data through a single solution.
ecVision customers will be able to work with Tüv Süd’s network of labs to simplify the required product safety testing process, streamlining the collaboration between development, sourcing, quality assurance and compliance departments. Testing requests and results can be stored within the ecVision platform.
“With direct integration to Tüv Süd, we are simplifying the product safety testing process with ‘behind-the-scenes’ data push and pull. This partnership will create a more efficient means of initiating product-testing requests, allow brands to maintain accurate product-safety results and lower their risk across their supply chain through stronger reporting capabilities,” said Gary Barraco, ecVision senior director of product marketing, in a statement.
