Rachel Zoe will be the first 'Style Ambassador' for Covet Fashion, a new fashion app created by tech company Crowdstar, which makes the Top Stylist mobile app.
Available for iPad, iPhone and iPod, Covet Fashion allows users to style ensembles with virtual pieces from designers and brands, including Rebecca Minkoff, DKNY and Halston Heritage. The fashions are available for purchase, plus users have a chance to win some of the clothing featured on the site.
The site will be available in early July.
We’ve been taking a look at a lot of fashion apps lately, including Magnetique, which lets users scan images from a magazine to purchase the item, and Get This, which lets users buy items seen in their favorite TV shows. Salesorter helps shoppers find and track online sales and Pose, which offers users the opportunity to purchase items from fashion blogger-contributed images, or “poses.”
