WGSN Acquires Stylesight
London-based trend forecaster and retail consultancy WGSN Inc. has acquired New York–based forecaster Stylesight Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
With the merger, WGSN will create a new “trend and information hub” in New York “made up of trend creatives, researchers and technologists from both companies,” the company announced. WGSN also announced the newly merged companies will be “exploring ways the customer experience will be enhanced.”
