Sue Wong Featured at Denver Charity Event
Los Angeles designer Sue Wong has shown in many places. But Denver has escaped her.
No more.
One of the doyenne's of the L.A. fashion world is the guest honoree at a couture runway show at a hangar party in Denver to raise money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Wong said she will be showing her Fall 2012 collection whose theme is Autumn Sonata.
The event, called Luxury to Flight, is being held Sept. 14 at Centennial Airport's signature flight support hangar. Cynthia Petrus, the former fashion and special events director from Saks Fifth Avenue, is producing the show highlighting Wong's highly embellished evening gowns and fashions from local retailers.
On top of fashion, there will be great food and music by hip-hop violinist Maestro Hughes.
