LA Fashion Week Spring 2013: LA Fashion Weekend
A group show featuring designer collections closed LA Fashion Weekend at Sunset Gower Studios on Oct. 21. The lineup included Anthony Franco, Dina Bar-El and Nathanaelle Couture. Dina Bar-El presented her signature cocktail dresses and evening gowns. There were monochromatic looks as well as floral prints, lace and color blocking. Nathanaelle Couture had a modern vintage flair. The look was romantic with lace dresses, skirted suits in pastel colors, and gowns in shades of red, black and white. Franco opted for elegant for Spring ’13. His men’s and women’s collections included eveningwear and sharply tailored suits in floral prints, plaids and metallic fabrics.—N. Jayne Seward
