Charlotte Russe Taps Innotrac for E-commerce Fulfillment
Charlotte Russe selected Atlanta-based Innotrac Corp. to provide fulfillment and contact-center solutions for the San Diego–based retailer’s growing e-commerce business.
The company operates more than 500 stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico.

Innotrac will provide e-commerce fulfillment and customer services for Charlotte Russe, including returns processing. According to Innotrac, the company will work with Charlotte Russe’s e-commerce platform, powered by Micros-Retail, to ensure a “seamless customer experience.”
Founded in 1984, Innotrac offers order-processing and warehouse-management technology. The company has eight fulfillment centers and one call center serving all U.S. time zones. The company’s European arm, Innotrac Europe GmbH, has fulfillment centers, call centers and returns-processing facilities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands.
