JLM Couture Gets Hitched on Robertson

Sure, JLM Couture is headquartered in New York City. But the design house and manufacturer of more than five bridal gown and bridesmaid dress labels traveled to Los Angeles to open its first flagship store.
Earlier this month, JLM Couture opened a 1,600-square-foot shop at 352 N. Robertson Blvd., a couple of blocks north of high profile boutiques for Kitson, Chanel and Ralph Lauren.
Joseph L. Murphy, JLM Couture’s president and chief executive, said the shop would display a full array of JLM lines: Lazaro, Alvina Valenta, JimHjelm, Haley Paige, Tara Keeley brands as well as custom designed gowns. Now word yet on whether more JLM Couture stores will be opened.
