Eberjey Selects Computer Generated Solutions’ BlueCherry ERP and EDI
TheMiami-based apparel provider Eberjey hasselected BlueCherry’s Enterprise Suite ERP (EnterpriseResource Planning) and EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) inorder to help simplify its business processesand improve reporting capabilitiesand data manipulation, accordingto a statement released by Computer Generated Solutions (CGS). Blue Cherry is a subsidiaryof CGS, a New York– headquarteredglobal provider of technologysolutions.
Eberjey—aprovider of intimate apparel,sleepwear and swimwear collections—wasspecifically looking for asolution to grow with the companyduring its rapid expansion, thecompany said.
“Wefelt that after looking at allthe fashion and apparel solutions currentlyavailable, CGS’s BlueCherrywas the ideal fit for ouroperation,” said Mariela Rovito, co-ownerof Eberjey. “The ability tomanipulate data the way we wantto see it, customize reports, andmerge several teams in a program thatis user-friendly and easy onthe eyes are capabilities we desired in asolution. In addition to meetingand exceeding our feature requirements,CGS and BlueCherry werethe most committed to developing along-term partnership, andthat was something we could notoverlook.”
Theyalso sought to merge their design,production and customerservice teamsin an intuitive program, thecompany stated, in addition tolooking to improve inventory controlof raw and finished goods andtrack them across warehouses.
