Not Camera Shy On North Robertson and South Robertson Blvd

Robertson Blvd: Where girls wear their party heels to go shopping. Lots of photographers were scouting for cool outfits and found plenty here in front of Intermix.

South Robertson Blvd was a street scene runway on Fashion's Night Out. Walking be damned, these girls were dressed up in their tallest, fiercest heels ready to have their picture taken as many of the shops had special photo booths for the event and style bloggers were were lurking the store doorways. The biggest crowds were seen through the windows that had the loudest music, hottest DJs, sweetest sweets, open bar cocktails and cameras were a bonus. Here's a rundown of what some of the night's activities.

At Anya Hindmarch, shoppers got creative posing with bags. The shopper with the winning snapshot would win the purse in their photo.

Alice + Oliva's carnival theme had face-painting, a cotton candy cart and a stilt walker that proved that old saying that vertical striped pants make your legs look longer.

Moods of Norway has strict employment standards on who makes their cheeky colorful plaid blazers.

It was a man den at Lisa Kline. All the girly shops had candy and champagne. At Lisa Kline, fellas swarmed around the sausage table and drank beer.

All Saints Spitalfields was further evidence that it wasn't just the women shopping. Lots of guys were trying on jackets and scoping out the goods with everything in store 20 % off.

The Lauren Moshi pop-up shop had a gallery-like feeling. The designer's original art that's printed on the shirts was on display for close-up inspection as well as clothes from past seasons. Customers got a mini canvas piece of art as a gift with purchase.

He loves his job. Beach Bunny swimwear did a fun dress-up photo booth in their store with a greenscreen background.

They may have done casting for DJs because a lot of the DJs were really pretty. Here at Beach Bunny....

And at Intermix. Like, model pretty.

Paige Premium Denim was giving manicures and had a solid sale rack of steals for $100.

Overdosing on all the sweets at the stores. These were provided by The Four Seasons and displayed at Nanette Lepore.

Perhaps the biggest party of them all was at 3.1 Phillip Lim with a live band The Cults and a courtyard so packed you could barely walk through to get into the store. They shut the store down promptly before 10pm by order of the fire marshall.
