Fashionistas Shrinking in Size
Lillyana Kachigyan is serious about fashion.
So how many 6-year-old fashionistas do you know?
If you said none, well, then meet Lillyana Kachigyan, a first grader at Miller Elementary School in Burbank. Despite it being a school night, she was in the front row at the runway shows organized Monday night by Style Fashion Week L.A. at Vibiana, the former Catholic cathedral that is now an events center in downtown Los Angeles.
Lillyana loves fashion, as was seen by her stylish white prairie dress and brown cowboy boots. She was furiously snapping pictures of the three runway shows by Nicolita swimwear, Kareena's Trends tops and La La Land casualwear. She was there with her aunt, who has connections to the fashion world, and her grandmother.
This is Lillyana's second fashion show and she was enjoying it immensely. Some day she might become a fashion designer, she said. But she was so cute, she could easily make it as a model.
And those pictures taken on her iPhone will be shown to some really interested fashiion people: her dad and her grandfather.
