New COO, Talent Chief Named to JC Penney
Plano, Texas–based JCPenney Co. Inc. named Michael W. Kramer chief operating officer, beginning in December. Kramer was previously president and chief executive officer of Kellwood Co. and has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Abercrombie & Fitch and as chief financial officer of Apple Retail, a division of Apple Inc. The department store also named Daniel Walker as chief talent officer. Walker has nearly 40 years of experience in human resources at companies including Apple and Gap Inc.—A.A.N.
