3 New Shops for Irvine Spectrum

Big doings at the Irvine Spectrum Center where the 405 and 5 freeways meet in Orange County.
It announced the debuts of new stores at a retail center which was already the address of big retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, HM, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Active.
New stores include Francesca’s Collections, a moderately priced womenswear store which retails $44 dresses and $98 jeans; there’s the new Charlotte Russe boutique, which will reportedly help the San Diego chain fashion rebrand itself. Another new tenant is DownEast Basics, which also specializes in affordable, stylish womenswear. Its LuxeLace Cami retails for $14.99.
