After four years, the House of Petro Zillia store on West Third Street in Los Angeles is closing tomorrow.
When designer Nony Tochterman and her husband Yosi Drori opened their store in 2006, they designed a space that conveyed all the exuberance and sophisticated whimsy found in Tochterman’s designs. Drop by tomorrow to see what I mean--and to pick up the last of the deals.
Although the physical boutique will soon be just a candy-colored memory, the Petro Zillia line and its e-commerce site will continue.
And for those future Petro Zillia girls, there’s Tochterman’s capsule collection at Forever 21. For the F21 line, Tochterman captured the same happy-cute-cool spirit of the Petro Zillia girl and translated it for her little sister.
