Herlo#039;s Premium Men#039;s Collection Launches Graphic-Driven Secondary Line
Last year, Mikey Anavim and Ramit Jantzis launched a contemporary men’s T-shirt line called Herlo? This year, the Los Angeles–based entrepreneurs followed up with a graphic tee line called No Anxiety Crew.
“It’s for the guy who wants something fun,” said Deron Lott, vice president of sales for Herlo and No Anxiety Crew. “He’s like, ’Let’s go out, let’s have fun, have no anxiety.’” No Anxiety features original graphics printed in-house. Retail priced from $25 to $32, the line is printed on 100 percent cotton blanks.
Lott is a self-described “cold-calling guy,” preferring to open new accounts with a call and an offer to bring by some samples and a cup of coffee, rather than set up a booth at a trade show. That strategy landed No Anxiety in about 80 of Sheik Shoes’ stores. The line also sells to Canadian retailers and “tons of little boutiques and skate shops around L.A.,” Lott said.
