New Sports Authority Exec
Sports Authority, the gigantic sporting-goods retailer based in Englewood, Colo., announced its chief executive and president, David Campisi, has stepped down after a year on the job. Acting as interim chief executive officer is Darrell Webb, currently chairman and chief executive of Jo-Ann Stores. Webb will remain chairman of Jo-Ann Stores while working at the Sports Authority, which has more than 450 stores in 45 states.
