Nick Verreos, Style supastar
Fashion designer, “Project Runway” alumn, fashion pundit, FIDM instructor—and ApparelNews guest blogger—Nick Verreos is getting a weekly TV show on the Style Network.
The half-hour show will “tackle anything and everything that’s of interest to Style viewers,” according to a release from E! Entertainment Television’s sister cable network.
Verreos will co-host with actress Vivica A. Fox. Adrianne Curry (“America’s Next Top Model”) and Ali Fedotowsky (“The Bachelorette”). Style has it listed under “Lifestyle Weekly Series.” I can only imagine they are working on a snappier title.

UPDATE! Just got a call from Nick (hello Google Alert). He couldn't tell me when the show will start production ('We don't know! Last I heard it was June!"), but he did dish a bit about the casting process ("Okay, I'm sitting next to Vivica Fox today..."). The show is being pitched as a fashion take on "The View," prompting Nick to quip, "I'm really more Joy Behar than Barbara Walters."
The show sounds like great fun--we can't wait to check it out.
Oh, and he promised to keep guest blogging for us. We're going to hold you to it, Nick.
In the meantime, Nick and several other "Project Runway" alums will be turning their Kate Middleton wedding gown sketches into actually dresses, which will be featured on "The Today Show" on Monday (April 18).
