For Fashion's Night Out in Beverly Hills, a blocked-off Rodeo Drive took on the air of a county fair with a four-story-high Ferris wheel situated right in front of the Jimmy Choo store.
Food trucks lined the tony shopping street. Tiffany Co. passed out yellow balloons to passersby and Vogue's West Coast editor Lisa Love played Fashion Rules trivia game with other contestants.
Holding center court at the Giorgio Armani store was actor Samuel L. Jackson, looking smart in a brown blazer. He was hosting his favorite menswear looks for the red carpet and talking about them with fashion critic Steven Cojocaru. The event was packed with curious lookers on.
At Chanel, waiters passed out champagne while attendees could get their nails done in Chanel's latest nail polish colors.
