Wet Seal Buyback
The board of directors of Foothill Ranch, Calif.–based The Wet Seal Inc. authorized a stock-repurchase program of up to $25 million. The program represents about 7.7 percent of the company’s total market capitalization, and the cash on hand will be used to fund the purchase.
