Hudson Jeans Partners With Nordstrom on New Promotional Campaign
Los Angeles–based premium-denim brand Hudson has announced the launch of “The Blues Traveler,” a new campaign in collaboration with Nordstrom and Vogue. The brand, which draws inspiration from the mod culture of 1960s London and whose logo is the Union Jack, wanted to give consumers a new way to experience the brand, said Tony Chu, vice president of communications. To that end, the promotion launched on Oct. 2 and will culminate on Nov. 15 with prizes that include a Mini Cooper car with custom Hudson branding, a five-night trip to London and access to a Vogue advertising-campaign shoot. Hudson Creative Director Ben Taverniti and Vogue’s Megan Dostal, a stylist, will host events at Nordstrom locations in Washington and California, offering styling advice and shopping trends.—Erin Barajas
