Photographic Fantastic: Roxy Core Collection

Expert aquatic glider Kassia Meador has worn the Roxy heart on her neoprene sleeve since she was a teenager. Nearly a decade later, when she’s not being photographed in the water as a Roxy-sponsored surfer, she’s the shutterbug on the other side of the lens and contributing to the brand from behind the scenes.
This Spring, Kassia bowed a signature wetsuit capsule collection of her own designs. And around the corner, delivering in September for Holiday, is Roxy’s “Core Collection,” which was inspired by the lady longboarder and incorporates her photography and artwork. Her carefree beach images with a grainy vintage film look are transferred onto bikinis and dresses so you can remember the fun-in-the-sun times when the mercury drops. The Core Collection will be sold in Roxy stores and surf-based retailers and will continue with a fresh crop of designs for Spring 2011.
