Haworth Joins Sears
Hoffman Estates, Ill.–based Sears Holding named James H. Haworth executive vice president and president of retail services, succeeding Kevin R. Holt, who is leaving the company. Haworth was most recently chairman, president and chief executive officer of Chia Tai Enterprises International Ltd. & CP Lotus, an investment company that operates shopping centers in China. He also spent 20 years at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., where he held several positions, including executive vice president of operations for Sam’s Club and executive vice president and chief operating officer of Wal-Mart.
