Gap Shuffles Executives
It has been a bit like musical chairs in the executive suites of Gap Inc. in San Francisco. The huge specialty-store chain and manufacturer has shifted some executives around to improve the performance of its Gap and Old Navy divisions. Pam Wallack, who has spent the last five years leading the Gap kids and baby divisions, was named head of the Gap adult and body divisions. Mark Breitbard, who rejoined the company last year as Old Navy’s chief merchandising and creative officer, is executive vice president of Gap kids and baby divisions. His job will be taken by Nancy Green, who has been appointed chief creative officer and executive vice president of new business development.
