Sears, Kmart Land Everlast Exclusive
New York–based fight-sports and fitness brand Everlast Worldwide Inc. struck a long-term, direct-to-retail licensing deal with Sears Holdings. The Hoffman Estates, Ill.–based retail chain will carry the Everlast brand in 850 Sears stores and the Everlast Sport brand in 1,325 Kmart stores, as well as on each retailer’s website. The agreement covers apparel, footwear and accessories for men, women and children and will kick off in spring 2011.
