Lady Gaga Unveiled in Wax
Lady Gaga wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Hollywood and Perez Hilton
I don't know whose outfit was more amazing for the reveal of the new Lady Gaga wax replica in Madame Tussauds in Hollywood.
While Lady Gaga's attire was skimpier, Perez Hilton's was more fuzzy and pinker.
Hilton did the honors on Dec. 9 of lifting the curtain to reveal the latest edition to Madame Tussauds on Hollywood Boulevard. It was a lifelike replica of the chanteuse herself, wearing more hair than clothes. The $300,000 statue was just one of eight installed at Madame Tussauds Wax Museums around the world.
Fans got to vote on what kind of garb they wanted Lady Gaga to wear. So in the London museum, Lady Gaga dons a wide-shouldered navy Armani suit with a Philip Treacy telephonehat. In New York, the diva sports a black dress with a wide-brimmed hair hat, and in Amsterdam the singer has a purple beehive hairdo with a nude bodysuit and white blazer.
Lady Gaga wasn't around for the Hollywood unveiling, but Hilton, in his pink-and-white striped jumpsuit, didn't seem to mind.
"You have her height perfect," he said. "She is a petite lady with big hair."
