GlobalTex Makes West Coast Addition
GlobalTex, the textile and sourcing trade show held twice a year in Los Angeles, has added a new West Coast sales manager.
DeDe Anderson, who has worked in several areas of the apparel industry, joins the sales team and will be based in Los Angeles. She will be working primarily with garment manufacturers, knitwear manufacturers, wash houses and sublimation printers that might be interested in participating in the show.
She has extensive sales experience with domestic and international embroidery and lace as well as sublimation printing and hardware components for swimwear and intimates. Anderson has also served on the board of directors for the Textile Association of Los Angeles.
“With her diverse background and years of experience with textile and apparel manufacturers in California and beyond, she is a perfect fit,” said GlobalTex Vice President Stephanie Cole.
The next GlobalTex trade show, which is organized by Dallas-based Market Center Management Co., is scheduled for Sept. 28–30 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.—Deborah Belgum
