Just in time for Halloween, Hips Curves, the Los Angeles-based Web site that sells plus-size lingerie and other accoutrements, has relaunched its online presence to add a new line of mix-and-match Halloween outfits.
Think sexy costumes that include a black Cinderella petticoat or a black-and-red satin corset. Hot mama grande.
“Halloween is always our favorite holiday,” said Rebecca Jennings, president and chief executive of Hips Curves, which launched in 2000 at www.hipsandcurves.com. “The problem is that so many costumes just don’t make women feel attractive. That’s why our new Halloween line is unique. The styles are stunning, stylish and affordable.”
The redesigned Web site streamlines ordering and shipping merchandise to make buying products faster and easier. On the front end, the Web site has a more vintage look to make shopping feel more warm and comfortable. You can scroll through picture-book pages of costumes as well as peruse the selection of shapewear, bras, apparel and shoes.
