A man was arrested and charged with the murder of Dane Chandler Williams, the 23-year-old Hurley intern who disappeared in January 2008 after attending a party at the Action Sports Retailer Trade Expo in San Diego.
The suspect, 38-year-old Philong Huynh, was arrested in San Diego and was scheduled to be arraigned in San Diego Superior Court on Sept. 15, according to CW news affiliate San Diego 6.
