Get Lucky at Sea

CRUISE SHOP: The Oasis of the Seas boasts 16 decks, 2,700 staterooms and space for 5,400 guests, as well as a spa and fitness center, pool and sports area.

Royal Caribbean International’s latest ship, the Oasis of the Seas, will set sail at the end of the year with a full contingent of fashion brands—including California-based denim label Lucky Brand, according to the Miami-based cruise line.

The Oasis of the Seas will feature 13 stores and a 10,000-square-foot, open-air shopping area, with boutiques carrying everything from fashion and accessories to electronics, games and other diversions for kids, teens and adults.

Coach will open a shop in the cruise ship’s “Central Park” section. At the Prince Green store in “The Royal Promenade” section, brands include Betsey Johnson, Ed Hardy, Kenneth Cole, Marc Jacobs and Ben Sherman.

In the “Boardwalk” section, maritime shoppers will find retailers such as Star Pier, which will feature a mix of electronics and teen brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes, as well as a DJ booth and a Nintendo Wii gaming area.
