Planet Blue has taken the creation of the shop's bohemian beach girl look into its own hands. The retailer announced that it has launched a private-label line named Black Label. The private label will be sold exclusively in Planet Blue retail stores and its online store.
The bohemian gypsy-inspired and styled outfits—like a Black Label ruffled dainty floral-print miniskirt worn with fringe boots and an easy tank; and a loose Black Label blouse paired with cut-off denim shorts—remind me of the kind of ensembles a modern-day Penny Lane character would wear to Coachella. That's probably not far from Planet Blue's inspiration, since a printed maxi skirt is named "Almost Famous."
