Los Angeles–based designer Jasmin Shokrian got a thrill designers all over the world have been angling for—the chance to see the uber-stylish and fashion’s latest darling Michelle Obama wear one of their creations.
The first lady donned a Jasmine Shokrian double-faced silk crepe skirt for Fall on May 12 during an address to the Corporation for National and Community Service at the Ronald Reagan building in Washington, D.C.
