Developer Plans Camp Phase II
Orange County retail developer Shaheen Sadeghi has purchased a 9,000-square-foot center adjacent to his latest development, the Camp, from a private investor for around $2.5 million.
Located on Bristol Street in Costa Mesa, Calif., the fully leased center will be converted into the second phase of the 3.4-acre Camp by next year, Sadeghi said.
Billabong, Adventure 16 and Cyclewerks will be among the tenants at the Camp, which is expected to open Dec. 15. The center will focus on the outdoor-sports market. —Nola Sarkisian-Miller
