Cleaner Dry Cleaner
Beverly Hills–based Non Pareil Cleaners, in operation since 1945, installed a new dry-cleaning system that uses liquefied, pressurized national carbon dioxide in the place of petrochemical- and solvent-based materials. The new technology provides odorless cleaning that is less toxic to the environment, according to the company. In addition, the process doesn’t release any VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions and cleans clothing without the use of heat, which can cause shrinkage.
