Nike Fecirc;tes Inter Milan
Beaverton, Ore.–based athletic-apparel and footwear giant Nike unveiled the 2009/2010 Inter Milan soccer kit at The Montalbaacute;n Theater in Hollywood during an event that featured Inter Milan players and celebrities on the “blue carpet.” The Inter Milan team was in Los Angeles to face Chelsea on July 21. The Italian soccer team will wear the new Nike-designed uniforms next season. Made from moisture-managing Dri-FIT fabric and featuring the team’s signature black and royal-blue stripes, the new uniforms pay homage to the team’s 1965/66 season, when it won its tenth national championship and its second Intercontinental Cup.
