Hicks Named Foot Locker CEO
New York–based Foot Locker Inc. named Ken C. Hicks president and chief executive officer of the athletic footwear chain. Hicks was previously president and chief merchandising officer of J.C. Penney Co. Inc. and served as president of Payless ShoeSource Inc.
