OptiTex to Release Arabic-Edition Software
CAD/CAM supplier OptiTex USA is releasing its design software in Arabic-language versions.
The company produces pattern-making and 3-D design software for companies such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Zorana Kozomara.
As garment production grows in Middle Eastern countries, so does demand for technology. OptiTex now has customers in Tunisia, Kuwait, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, so it was necessary to accommodate users in those countries, said company President Yoram Burg.
“The expansion of OptiTex to serve Arabic speakers worldwide provides key opportunities for those in the Arabic textile industry. We are very excited for this opportunity to extend our reach to new distributors and further geographical coverage of the OptiTex software,” Burg said.
In addition to Arabic, OptiTex software functions in more than 20 languages, including English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
