New EVP at Anne Cole
Gary Silverman, a veteran swimwear executive, has been named the executive vice president of In Mocean Group’s Anne Cole swimwear division. Silverman—who held sales and merchandising posts with brands such as Jantzen, Nike Swim, Speedo and Maillot Baltex—will lead the Anne Cole Collection, Anne Cole Locker and Cole of California swim brands and report to Zvi Ben-Haim and Michael Harary, In Mocean Group’s owners.
“IMG’s strength affords us the unique ability to deliver distinctive swim designs while at the same time stabilize retail price points for the consumer.We’re getting back to the DNA of the brand,” Silverman said in a statement.—Erin Barajas
