FGI to Host Chargebacks Panel
Fashion Group International–Los Angeles will tackle chargebacks and collections issues at an invitation-only panel discussion on Oct. 29 in downtown Los Angeles.
Titled “Handling Chargebacks and Collections,” the event will cover key issues for designers and brands, including how chargebacks affect a company’s bottom line, negotiations with buyers, systems and recordkeeping to prevent chargebacks, and what to do when negotiations break down.
The panel will include Robert Prather of A/R Management Services, Mark Brutzkus of Ezra Brutzkus Gubner LLP, Dave Reza of Milberg Factors, Ed Handler of Cohn Handler, Steve Goldman of Apparel Industry Consulting and Lynne Sperling of Sperling Hileman Inc.
A/R Management Services, Ezra Brutzkus Gubner LLP and Milberg Factors are sponsoring the event.
Held at the offices of Thelen LLP, the event will begin with networking and a light supper at 6 p.m., followed by the program at 7:15 p.m.
