RFID Exec at Avery Dennison
Pasadena-based label and ticketing company Avery Dennison Corp. named John L. “Jack” Farrell Jr. vice president and general manager of Avery’s RFID division. Farrell will be based in the company’s RFID division headquarters in Flowery Branch, Ga. “Every day, we are seeing new applications and uses for RFID, and our business has quadrupled during the last year,” said Dean A. Scarborough, Avery president and chief executive officer. Farrell was previously senior merger and acquisition advisor to private-equity firms, including GTCR Golder Rauner LLC.
