Tukatech at L.A. Fashion Bookstore
Tukatech products are now available at the Fashion Bookstore, located in the California Market Center in Los Angeles.
Tukatech’s TukaCAD computerized pattern-making software as well as audio/visual tutorials are also available for rent on a monthly basis.
The bookstore is owned and managed by Bill Golant and Linda Brandt and houses one of the largest collections of fashion books and materials in the country.
TukaCAD rents for $200 per month.
“We have a rapidly growing customer base of apparel manufacturers and apparel schools using our intuitive and easy-to-use software, but we wanted to make our software available to the students outside of the classroom as well as to free-lance and independent patternmakers and technical designers,” said Tukatech Chief Executive Officer Ram Sareen.
